Hi, I'm Maryam
I've been lucky enough to volunteer at local farms and allotments, getting local fresh veg for free in exchange. I grew up around here and I've worked on local farms for years. I've just started Local Roots to get that food onto Cowley tables: grown nearby, with fewer food miles and no plastic, and priced so everyone can eat well. We're brand new, so come and say hello on a Sunday and tell me what you'd like to see on the stall.
